Aurora
Aurora Aksnes (born June 15 1995, from Stavanger) is an Norwegian artist and singer. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves is released in May of 2015 from Decca Records. It has received a lot of praise from music press and bloggers. The singer has recorded two high-profile covers Half the World Away by Oasis. Oasis to promote a Christmas ad by John Lewis and Nature Boy by Nat King Cole. Katy Perry's praise for the song Runaway on her blog brought the singer additional acknowledgement. Celebrate her special birthday. Aurora Aksnes first musical memory was finding a keyboard in her loft and being fascinated by its music. Jan Oystein Aksnes was her father. He urged her not to play music only for fun or to aid in development but instead, she should take it seriously. This led to her began to write the music she composed herself. Bjork and Leonard Cohen are among her most favored writers. She decided to start performing her music in public when her mom suggested they can help other people, not gain acclaim for her work, but instead help the people around them understand their importance and the ways they could impact the world. Piano was her first instrument, at six, and she started creating music after turning nine. The family did not have any idea about it until she turned fourteen. Aurora's fame was not her dream. She claims that she enjoys composing music. She believes that music can help anyone feel better.
