Aubrey Plaza

Aubrey Plaza, born on June 26, 1984, is a stand-up comedian and actor well-known for her witty humor. April Ludgate is her role in Parks and Recreation. The show's debut was the Jeannie Tate Show the web series after performing sketch comedy and improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater Plaza. Later in her career, she went on to star in Judd Apatow Funny People, Scott Pilgrim and the World. Happy birthday! Aubrey Christina Plaza, daughter of Bernadette Plaza (an attorney) and David Plaza (a financial specialist), was born on Wilmington Delaware. Their father was Puerto Rican while her mother is Irish as well as English. Plaza went to a Catholic girls school from 2002 until 2006. She then attended the Tisch School of the Arts of New York University. She served as president of the student body at her high school as well as a participant in Wilmington Drama League productions during her senior year. Plaza was struck by a stroke during her sophomore year in the college. It left her with an expressive aphasia as well with a paralysis. She is now fully recovered. Plaza is a regular performer at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, New York City since 2004. The Laugh Factory as well The Improv are two venues located in N.Y.C. where Plaza performed standup comedy. Plaza played Robin Gibney on E.S.P.N.'s Mayne Street. She also appeared as Robin Gibney on The Jeannie Tate Show. In CollegeHumor Troopers, she played a satirical science-fiction character called the Princess. Plaza first made her debut on saxophone in Cassorla's Bona Fide in 2014. In 2012 she also made her first appearance on the saxophone during Father John Misty's Hollywood Forever Cemetery Sings. HarmonQuest was the main character on HarmonQuest Plaza in the year 2016 as Hawaiian Coffee the gnome. She played Aaron Burr, in Drunk History. Also, she played Cat Adams on Season 11, of C.B.S. Criminal Minds, a TV series. Plaza made an impressive comeback as the character in the 12th season of Criminal Minds. In the following year she was confirmed to appear in An Evening of Beverly Luff Linn, a comedy indie.
